Preview terms
Effective November 4, 2026. Mallace is a development prototype, and this website is a public informational preview hosted on Vercel. These terms are a draft; the responsible legal operator and jurisdiction have not been established.
Authorized use
Use the prototype only with explicit permission to test the systems involved. Respect applicable law, access controls, agreed scope, data restrictions, and operating limits. Do not use it to access systems or data without authorization.
No assurance of security
Outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, simulated, or uncertain. A report is not a certification, guarantee of safety, or substitute for qualified review. The current prototype has known access-control and operational gaps.
Your responsibilities
Protect credentials and sensitive evidence. Validate findings, review generated changes, and obtain permission before sending data to providers, targets, repositories, or external services.
Availability and intellectual property
The preview may change or become unavailable. Software licensing is governed by the repository’s LICENSE file and applicable third-party licenses. These website terms do not grant additional rights to third-party materials.
Still to be defined
The operator, contact route, governing law, liability provisions, dispute process, and any customer terms still need appropriate legal review. No hosted service agreement or support commitment is offered by this preview.
