Data handling for the Mallace website and prototype.
Scope and status
Effective November 4, 2026. This notice covers this website, a public informational preview of the Mallace prototype. It is a draft: the operator identity and privacy contact have not yet been published.
This website
This preview has no account signup, contact form, advertising, or analytics integration. It does not set cookies or intentionally store visitor information in browser storage.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. To serve pages, Vercel processes request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps in its logs, under Vercel’s own privacy policy. Fonts are bundled with the site, and it loads no third-party tracking scripts.
The testing prototype
Running the separate Mallace campaign engine can write reports, audit events, and a local database. When real providers or targets are configured, requests may leave your machine. The website’s data handling does not describe those third parties’ practices.
Retention and control
Local generated files remain under the operator’s control. No automated retention or deletion service is implemented. Review and remove local data according to your organization’s requirements.
Still to be defined
The responsible operator, privacy contact, log retention periods, rights process, and any international transfers still need to be published. This draft notice is not a substitute for legal review.
